Autoselect Tray prints job to wrong tray due to low memory setting.
Cause:
The printer driver memory setting is incorrect. This may affect job spooling performance.
Solution:
Contact the Network Administrator and change the printer memory settings.
1) Click 'Start' todisplay the Windows 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Printers'.

3) Open the printer icon that is currently being used. (The printer queue dialog box appears.)
4) Select the 'Printer' menu and select 'Properties'.
5) Click 'Device Options' tab. (The Device properties sheet appears.)

6) Make sure the available printer memory setting is correct.
NOTE: Contact the network administrator for correct memory settings.
